Some new stuff, a Blog Special, and a Sale!

If you stalk our website, you might have noticed that we put up a new Premium brush yesterday as well as a new accessory!

Our first new offering is our Premium Mini Eye Buki. (We took a picture of it next to our full sized eyeshadow--that is about the size of a quarter--so you could get an idea of how adorable it was!)

Because of popularity of our other mini brush (Mini Dual Ended), we thought you all would also enjoy this one! What I like about it, besides its travel-friendly size, is that it has a nice fluffy bristle head that allows for great all over application or blending colors. As with our other Premium brushes, this one is 100% synthetic and assembled in the USA.

Then we also have our new Dual Eye/Lip Pencil Sharpener with Cover. It's a tool I know many of you all use if you still wear traditional eye or lip liners (I admit to still using Wet 'n' Wild 666 Lipliner, a Makeup Alley fave!) and a good pencil sharpener is a must!

Then, our sale for the entire week is for the winner from our recent poll: Premium brushes! Less than a week before closing!

Just reminding everyone that our store will be temporarily closing this Thursday, Sept. 8 with the last day to shop on Sept. 7. We have added some new Clearance items such as Grab Bags of the discontinued both sample and full-size of Blush & Eyecolors as well as Blush & Eyecolor bundles. Most of these items are going fast so if you would like to get them act soon! However, you may also risk it and wait to save more as we are going to be issuing a discount code either Sept. 4 or 5, so definitely check back here then. As with our other coupon codes, though, because it is a rather large percentage (more so than any other time we've issued them) this will only be for orders $15 or more, so go ahead and order if yours is less than $15 not including shipping. See you in 2012!

So we are now officially closed in preparation for the move! This means that we will have very limited Internet access the next month or two due to the amount of work we have to do packing and traveling so if we are slow to answer, it is not that we are ignoring you, but that we just are unable to. If there are any problems with orders, please understand that we will have everything packed up and cannot ship any items until the move is complete. We would like to remind those that place International orders, we cannot do anything about it anyway unless you purchased Shipping Insurance. For those that did purchase it and have an issue, again it will be at least 1-2 months before we can do anything anyway as we ask you to wait about 60 days from the time your order ships out before we can do anything.  I had no idea it would be so challenging. You would think that I could just “pick up” where we left off with adorned with Grace, but the market has changed pretty significantly in 10 years! I do not remember having to work so hard making the products and on the website many years ago. The latter has been especially difficulty—but…I think I had a bit of writer’s block when trying to get everything jump started. I realized that in continuing adorned with Grace, I felt important to clarify to myself what adorned with Grace would be. Back then, it started as a creative outlet for me, to make cosmetics for hard-to-match skin tones like mine, and to promote true beauty ideas for a positive influence in the world.
